On February 7th we went for a little walk along the Stones River Greenway in Murfreesboro, TN during one of the “Indian Summers” we have in Tennessee. It is a period of time where it might be below Zero for months, then a week or two of warmth, then back to cold.
This wonderful warm winter day the high was in the 70’s, a temperature we desire most of the year where it is normally higher or lower, expect a couple months in the fall, and a month in the spring.
As I walked along I looked for a great place for a new background for this site and came to this area. There was something about the time of the day, the light, and the reflection that of the threes on this little area that separated the creek and the lagoon area. The actual Stones River is a little ways down river.
It was a great day to just walk and talk. Lots of people were out, many with their dog and taking pictures around the river.
