With my training plan, I have a core base 5k prep that I’m doing.
Then I have fun & wacky stuff.
Right before lunch I did a 18 minute drill that I thought up, no warm up or cool down in that, so totally it’s about 30 minutes.

I did it through woods, with me cutting and acting like I was dodging zombies from time to time.
I am happy that I hit the Red Zone as much as I did … the goal really is not to do a full 30 sec, at this stage, but 30 sec is the least amount you can set with the MiCoach system.
Now back to work on my other focus right now.
